Using Arbor Chip offers several benefits, including maintaining a more even soil temperature, preventing weed growth when applied at a depth of 100mm, and helping to retain soil moisture during warmer months, which reduces the need for frequent watering. Additionally, mulch helps prevent soil from becoming boggy in winter and drying out in summer.

For best results, apply a layer of at least 100mm if you're not using weedmat to effectively block weeds and retain moisture. If you are using weedmat underneath, a 100mm layer is still beneficial but not as essential.
